Growing up in Rosewood was a different experience for Seth than most of the well off and fortunate kids that also resided there. He was of the less fortunate side of town, his father being a car mechanic and his mother being a teacher. They weren't well off, they didn't drive nice cars, but they survived and to him, that was all that mattered. They didn't hurt for money or things, but they didn't have the nicest things either.
Once he hit middle school he fell into a crowd that was much like himself, laid back and didn't care about the wealth that they didn't have. Seth is once of those guys who lives well with in his own means and he's worked hard for everything he does have. He puts in 30+ hours at his Dad's shop as well as goes to school, wrestles on the school team and finds time to hit the gym every day too. It's no wonder why the girls all fawn over him, but he doesn't even look twice. He has no college plans, and he's working and living the family trade.
Seth doesn't have very high expectations for his own life, but one day hopes to find that girl who would complete him like his Mom completes his Dad. They aren't perfect by any means, but they seem to be perfect for one another and he aspires to have that one day. He's a little old fashioned that way. He's been known to have his fun, but he's still looking and searching for "the one".
